Our Kelmscott office is nestled in the shadows on the beautiful Darling escarpment, situated in a Professional Office suite on the busy Albany Highway. Located in the City of Armadale, Kelmscott was one of the very early towns established in the Swan River Colony. It celebrated its 175th anniversary in 2005.
Kelmscott/Armadale has long been promoted as the community for “Country living. City Style” offering a very relaxing country lifestyle and within easy travelling distance, just 23 kilometres south east, of Perth. It boasts a full range of community and business facilities.
The Town is home to the recently completed International standard Rowing facility. The Champion Lakes Regatta Centre - Western Australia's only purpose-built rowing facility - is an exciting facility in Armadale that is enjoyed by not only WA's watersport fraternity, but the community as a whole.
