One of the major things I find unique about The Mortgage Gallery is the fact that as diverse and as individual as we all are, there is a culture that clearly shows a strong bond to each other and the group as a whole. There is a ginuine desire for all of us to succeed and our individual contributions are appreciated by all. There is no jealousy in this menagerie, how rare is that?
I like the fact that someone can shoot an email to our Executive Director, Ryan Dhue with a scenario that is difficult or unusual and can then expect a dozen replies from colleagues prepared to willingly assist with their suggested solutions. The cooperative attitude is very reassuring ... there is always someone prepared to help.
On a less emotive note, I feel that the support provided by Head Office in regard to ongoing training, systems backup and structure, the professionalism of the support crew and the integrity of management, makes the operation of my business a less stressful and tighter operation.
I know that the interest of management in what is happening in my business and where I am heading as a business owner, is intangible in it's importance. It is so much easier to 'strive' when you know that your closest business associate (your franchisor) actually cares that you succeed. I am in for life!

I have owned the Geraldton office of The Mortgage Gallery since January 1996. In that time we have seen enormous changes in the industry, particularly in technology and industry compliance. We opened the Knox office of The Mortgage Gallery in April 2006 which at the time was only the second franchise to commence in Victoria.
