All new Franchisees receive personal coaching from David through our initial 90 Sales Program. This period is followed by a further 90 days of guidance to ensure that in the first six months, Franchisees and all sales people are given the best possible grounding from which to launch a successful mortgage broking career.

David’s services are available on an ongoing basis, as evidenced by many of our long term and successful operators choosing to get the benefit of his guidance as they continue with their own performance challenges.

A little about David: David James is the principal of Salescoach (Australia) Pty Ltd, a national and international sales and leadership coaching business.   David has had a highly meritorious career in sales and sales leadership spanning some 25 years, and is held in high regard wherever he travels.   Whilst David expounds his sales theories to many different industries, his main concentration and exclusivity in Australia is with The Mortgage Gallery.   David's role is to facilitate the learning and development of The Mortgage Gallery team with the purpose of improving performance and enhancing effective action, which allows for goal achievement and personal career satisfaction.
