The Mortgage Gallery Franchisees receive three forms of income stream:

• Upfront commission
• Trail commission on the outstanding loan book
• Additional services commission

Lender commissions are paid on settlement of loans, normally during the month that follows the month that the loan was settled.

Commissions are paid to Franchisees on a monthly basis.
