Each office is allocated a marketing area. A marketing area is a clearly defined geographical territory where the Franchisee concentrates their sales and marketing activities. When establishing a marketing area we have considered the number of households, population and referral points within that area. This will involve a series of initiatives and will also include personal profile building support from our Marketing Department.
In some instances a Franchisee will have a network of contacts (eg. friends, family, past colleagues) that falls outside the defined franchise area. The Franchisee is able to write loans for these contacts.
However, a Franchisee is not permitted to approach referral sources outside their defined area or conduct any marketing or sales initiatives outside their Franchise area. |
