- Business planning – We will work with you from the outset to create an initial 90 Day business plan for your franchise which focuses on planning for your success, establishes action items and measures outcomes
- Introduction to the full range of The Mortgage Gallery Business Systems, including one-on-one training
- One-on-one training on the broker suite software
- One-on-one training on our customer relationship management software
Ongoing support to Franchisees
- Sales Coaching – You will have access to our sales coach and a tailored 90 day initial establishment and lead generation program
- Sales Coaching – Individual coaching will apply for the first 180 days and then on a needs basis from that point
- Lender Updates and Training – Are held regularly and are designed to keep Finance Managers and staff up to date on lender products and policy
- Scenario Support – Available for loan structures and scenarios if required
- Business Systems Training – Focus is given to The Mortgage Gallery’s business and administrative systems
- Professional Development Sessions – Designed to improve personal skills in addition to maintaining knowledge of current market, industry, lender and regulatory requirements for all staff

- Annual Conference – Held for all franchisees and their partners with a focus on improving the business skills of franchisees, as well as providing access to industry leaders, networking opportunities and other key speakers of interest
- Business Coaching – The Mortgage Gallery recognises that our Franchisees are independent business operators that at times may need direction from a business coach. An annual business planning session for Franchisees with our business coach is held on a shared cost basis
- One-on-one sales training – Available for Franchisees and additional Finance Managers
