Fiona decided to join The Mortgage Gallery after becoming a single mum with two young children to raise. She had previous experience in the finance industry working some 10 years in a major lending institution before promoting and selling children’s education books to the wider public. A decision to begin a career that provided flexibility in working hours (important for the raising of her two children) and a good income stream provided the motivation for Fiona to take the decision to join The Mortgage Gallery. Today, Fiona is consistently in the top 5 brokers for The Mortgage Gallery while the creation of her own team allows her to balance a lifestyle with her career. Fiona Dempsey was admitted to our Hall of Fame in 2008.

Theo has been involved in the finance industry for over 25 years . He was one of the first business owners for The Mortgage Gallery. Establishing a strong brand presence in the Bunbury region, Theo and his team are often the first port of call for a home owner in the City of Bunbury when requiring Finance. Theo has developed a great business model that is providing regular and consistent referrals that forge strong careers and lifestyles for his team. Theo’s office is one to be emulated for any new franchisee looking to make the right start in their business venture. Theo Krinos was inducted into our Hall of Fame in 2004. His office has also been recognised as the Office of the Year on 2 occasions, in 2006 and 2007.

Rob joined The Mortgage Gallery in April 2001 having previously spent 10 years with Westpac. He then, along with partner Kylie, established The Mortgage Gallery Victoria Park office. In 2004 their office won the coveted Office of the Year award presented at our National Conference. In early 2007 Rob and Kylie set up a second office in Karratha which now employs 2 full time loan writers. Rob Whyte is one of the franchisee elected representatives of our Business Owners Advisory Committee.
