The Mortgage Gallery is an expanding business. The growth we are experiencing brings opportunities in both sales and administration for new people to join us.
Primarily these priorities apply to our franchise network which currently has offices aroundWestern Australia.
Administration Positions
A key role in our offices is that of Personal Assistant to our sales team or Finance Managers. This is a critical position and one that our finance managers will agree is critical in completing our customer service offering.
In brief it involves assistance in completing loan proposals to lenders, maintaining contact with these lenders that see applications proceed through to approval and then settlement. Maintaining contact with our clients and keeping them aware of the status of the loan is an important part of this position.
Training is provided on the functions of the position as well as on the range of supporting business systems such as our CRM.
Sales Positions
Our sales positions are filled by finance managers (salaried staff or as contractors) or by Business Owners who are also actively involved in sales.
All of our loan writers are accredited with the industry peak body group MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia). Part of their membership is the requirement to either have suitable experience or complete a short term course that is available through a number of providers.
